Please choose from the list to the left which family of stones you would like to view. The colour wheel below shows which colours are available in each stone "family". Each of the three stone families are equally workable in kiln-fired and hand torched PMC. Note that for any 9 of one stone ordered you will receive a 10th FREE.
There are very few green stones indicated as the metal oxides used to create them are not as stable as the others at high temperature, so the green colour can have a tendency to "burn out" leaving mud brown. I am therefore not happy to offer them under the "kiln-fireable" guarantee please use them advisedly or set after firing . See notes in FAQ for options for firing.
Glass cabs can be fired but with a gentle firing schedule - slow ramps up and down so that the annealing of the glass occurs. Again please look at firing tips in FAQ.
On the other products ; Pearls are fine quality Japanese Acoya fresh water pearls, some half drilled, some full - THEY MUST NOT BE FIRED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.. and should be added to any creation afterwards.
All silver that we carry is STERLING silver - nothing is plated. Should any scaling occur during firing them pieces may be pickled to remove it. Pickling crystals are readily available from craft outlets and
