Terms and Conditions GOODS : All goods remain the property of Craftgemz until paid for in full
In the case of a product being unavailable or out of stock customers will be notified by email or telephone and the product will be back-order unless you have other instructions.
DISPATCH : Goods are dispatched within 5 working days of payment clearance.
Any errors in the order or damage in transit must be reported within 7 days to qualify for credit or replacement. Any returned goods will be subject to 10% restocking charge. The are no returns on "special orders".
MINIMUM ORDER : Minimum order is £10.
SHIPPING : Postage and Packing is charged at a flat rate of £2 for all packages under £30, Goods are sent 1st Class Recorded ( unless otherwise requested ) in padded packages. Packages over £30 are sent by Special Delivery and charged at £5-00. International dispatch can be arranged as required and will be charged at cost + £ 1.
DISCOUNT : If you are a Certified PMC'r, Art Clayer or jewellery teacher and you EMAIL me your order quoting your Cert. No. or course details you will qualify for a 5% discount. Furthermore ..buy 9 of any one GEMSTONE ( syn corundum, syn spinel or cz) and you will get a 10th FREE (available only on single stones not packs). Larger discounts are available on larger orders - please contact me for details.
If you are eligible for a teacher discount, you must email me your order so i can apply the additional discounts for you.
Any "Special Offers", specially discounted products, or trade only sales will not qualify for additional discounting.
Trade sales are available only to bona-fide wholesalers, distributors or retailers - please email me prior to placing an order so i can open your account. Credit terms for "trade customers" are available by prior arrangement.

VAT : we are not VAT registered so all orders will have no VAT on them.
PAYMENTS : Payments are taken by Worldpay on either Mastercard or VISA. Credit is available to trade customers only and by prior arrangement.
PRIVACY : Will will keep customer details on file in case of reorders. Any details of your orders or personal details are private and will not be revealed unless obliged to by law.
